About us
Craft Quarters was established in Koo Wee Rup in 2007. In 2013, we moved into a heritage homestead in Station Street, so now we are “The Home of Patchwork”.
We stock an amazing range of Janome machines and accessories, fabrics, patterns, kits, Cottage Garden Threads, Pima threads, rulers, templates and a wide range of haberdashery. We also offer machine repair and servicing for all brands of sewing machines.
Many different classes are on offer with Estelle, who is a very experienced sewer and patchworker. A variety of other talented teachers, (for example) Jennie Marie Tempest of Jemartem, teach specialty classes on Saturdays.
Estelle is also a very experienced quilter who offers an edge-to-edge quilting service for all quilt sizes.
To help with the homelike feel of the shop, there is Ruby and Topaz and now Jasper (our three golden retrievers) to greet you.
Craft Quarters also supports “Ladies of the Swamp”, a charity quilting group who meet to sew Comfort Quilts to donate to Backpacks4Kids: Aged Care Homes, Community Group fundraising, and families and individuals in the Cardinia Shire.
Run with the assistance of a wonderful team, Estelle is the founder, owner and leader of Craft Quarters.
Craft Quarters is here to share their knowledge and the love of sewing to all.
